Remembrance Day 2018

Remembrance Day is commemorated in Darlington at a solemn ceremony at Holy Trinity Church on Woodland Road, then onto the Cenotaph in the Darlington Memorial Hospital grounds. Two minutes of silence is held at 11 a.m. by the town, with the Last Post, to honor those who lost their lives in combat. Dignitaries, war veterans, and members of the public place wreaths.
